Refund Policy

Beta access is free, so there is nothing to refund. These terms cover paid V2 Pro licenses.

1. Beta testers

Beta seats cost $0. Nothing is charged and nothing needs refunding. Founding tester seats stay free for life, including all future V2 Pro access described on the home page.

2. V2 Pro 30-day guarantee

Every paid V2 Pro license carries a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. One email to hello@upworkskore.com with your purchase email is enough. No forms, no calls, no questions beyond confirming the order.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days depending on the payment provider. Your V2 Pro license ends when the refund is issued.

4. After 30 days

Past the guarantee window, refunds are handled case by case. If an Upwork redesign breaks scoring and no fix ships within 14 days, that qualifies. Email with a description of what stopped working.

5. Chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, email first. Most billing mistakes are fixed faster by email than through a bank dispute, and a dispute freezes the license while it is investigated.
