Privacy Policy

Short version: the extension scores jobs inside your browser. We collect almost nothing, and we sell nothing.

1. Who controls your data

The developer and data controller for UpworkSkore is Pragada Dushyanth (P Dushyanth). For any privacy question or deletion request, email hello@upworkskore.com.

2. What the extension does on your device

UpworkSkore activates only on Upwork pages (*://*.upwork.com/*). It reads the job cards already visible in your browser tab and calculates client metrics from that visible text: total spent, hire rate, payment verification, jobs posted, and Connects required.

All scoring happens locally on your device. Your browsing history never leaves the browser. The extension does not touch your Upwork login, password, or account settings. It does not run on any other website.

3. Account data we collect

When you join the beta, we collect your email address. We use it only for three things: beta access, sign-in authentication through Supabase Auth, and product updates about UpworkSkore. The sign-in session token, your display preferences, and your local dashboard counts are stored in your own browser through extension storage.

4. What we never collect

We do not collect your browsing history, your Upwork messages, proposals, earnings, or anything outside the visible job content described above. We run no third-party analytics inside the extension.

5. No data selling or sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or browsing history with third parties. The only external service involved is Supabase, which hosts authentication for sign-in and nothing else.

6. How long we keep data

Your email stays on file while your beta account is active. Ask for deletion at hello@upworkskore.com and the account record is removed. Scores and counts stored in your browser disappear when you remove the extension.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. Material changes are also announced by email to active beta testers.
